Q: When will my Custom Name Necklace be delivered?

A: After placing an order for your Custom Name Necklace, your necklace will be handcrafted and polished between 4-5 days. After being crafted your necklace will take around 2-3 week to arrive to your location due to the high demand for our manufactures around the world.

Q: Where's my tracking number?

A: After placing your order you will receive a conformation email including your Order Number NOT tracking number. You will receive tracking number through a separate email once your packaged has been shipped.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Lookup page to find your real-time updates for your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or you don't have any updates on our Order Status page after 5 business days, please Contact Us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 12 to 20 business days due to high demand. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US, Canada & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-25 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Is "free" shipping really FREE?
